Like Frank said, it depends, but in a multi-user app where the lookups 
can change but the frequency of such change isn't high, I'd requery to 
get other users changes on form.load and via a refresh button like he 
said.  Absolutely NOT on refresh.  Much too much unnecessary traffic for 
that, imo.
