The legal system has a double standard politics, according to the gender and/or race of the victim. A man accused of harming a woman has to prove himself innocent, but if a woman is accused of doing something to a man she is presumed innocent. If minority race is present or claimed it adds a twofer. Casey Anthony was accused of killing a female so she was presumed guilty.
