anybody know anything about mchelper.com? I have a client who is having trouble with her hotmail account, called them for help, and now is panicking because she thinks it might be a scam.
I've looked all over google and can't find any negative reviews on them. They look legit, but on the phone they didn't ask for any credit card information, they just told her to go to ammyy.com and launch the host. When it launched, she said she saw everything that she typed the previous couple of days? I don't understand what that means. Then she panicked and shut the computer off.
