I'll get it straight for you. If you waterboard, then you are a torturer. If you kill your enemy when there's a state of war then you are ok. If you arrest (or kill if he resists with danger to your life) and send to a judge a terrorist when you are not at war then you are ok. If you MURDER (be it with drone plane, sniper, bomb, rocket etc.) someone be it terrorist or not, then you are either a murderer or a terrorist yourself.
