I seriously doubt it - it would have to have a centralised, continually
updated database of all games released by all studios, right down
through indies to XNA stuff knocked up in someone's bedroom. What if
they're playing arcade or Amiga games in an emulator? Or old DOS stuff
under DosBox? Impossible task. Prevention rather than cure is the key
here.
