Hi Michael, Not without due process, probable cause and proof beyond a reasonable doubt of a capital offense. Say, if the kid kills people and that is proven. Oh, wait - that is existing law for adult offenders! In Florida, if you have a kid and don't want him/her just drop him/her off at a police station or fire station, no questions asked, kid goes into the orphan system. But, people don't know about the program or don't trust the cops/ firefighters and leave the unwanted kids in dumpsters and the like, many of the kids die. > A long list of Republicans who wish to tell women what to do with > their bodies whilst letting corporations do what they want... > > And of the 120 sponsors only 6 are women...... > Life at Conception Act > > http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/112/hr374 -- Regards, Pete http://pete-theisen.com/ http://elect-pete-theisen.com/ _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[email protected] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
