Hi Everybody,

Anyone using a Kingston flash to sub for a hard drive? I tried San Disk
and it didn't work. That was with Fedora 16.

http://www.amazon.com/Kingston-Digital-DataTraveler-101-Generation/dp/B004TS1J1S/ref=sr_1_4?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1340285923&sr=1-4&keywords=kingston+flash+drive

It went through the whole install, set partitions, etc., etc - quite a
show. Dead slow, however. Then the box just booted to the inside hard
drive. That was WITH changing the bios to look for "external media".

Grumble . . .

Everything looked like it was there in a browser or to ls.

Looks like purple is Kingston code color for 32 GB. San Disk 32 GB is
black. Killer for file backup
