What about the indigents, how can they pay a tax when they have no income?
Will they government pay the insurance or tax for them

Right now when you go to hospital you pay an outrageous amount for simple
pills and in house procedures with the explanations that the fees are
justified by the amount the hospitals pay out in indigent cost they
incurred.

With this bill will the fees hospitals charges be reduced to reasonable
rates in that they are able to charge insurance for the services.
