In the early 80s, when AIDS first hit the fan, it was the homos who were the primary carriers and they successfully lobbied to suspend standard public health measures to deal with the threat. As a result, millions died and continue to die. Bisexual men spread the plague to unsuspecting women. The faggots were afraid that the public health would out them in a time when it wasn't cool to be queer, as it is today. They were willing to precipitate a holocaust to avoid exposure.
