I have done that nearly for free and with nearly no difficulty. Because I have it, I use XFRX to build PDFs but I think that Cesar CHALOM has done a free pdf export : FoxyPreviewer. To send emails, I use a library built by Francis FAURE (based on Rick STRAHL classes ?) : http://www.vfp.fr/telecharger.asp.
Main problem for me was to learn about mails (I am still using DOS for some apps !!), html, ... French 'public' providers do not accept more than 200 mails each hour, ... and to answer this question : is the computer connected to internet ?
