Hi Geoff, I use the system myself, and I ran a clinic before I retired. I am not privy to the quality of the rest of the world healthcare systems, but from what I know of the US system before and after Obama, after Obama is more costly and quite a bit worse. But the thread is not about this, but rather the court ruling on tax or not, and Obama's refusal to accept the ruling.
