Search the archives. I started a thread on this very subject and was able to do it with the help of the gang! It basically involves creating an fdf file and calling it along with the fillable PDF. The only difficult part is finding the field names in the PDF which I was able to do with Nuance PDF Professional. Building the fdf file is a piece of cake. It's a text file in a specific format.
