Jean, I have flown into Grenoble a couple of times and passed through by car/motorcycle on many occasions. You are a lucky person to live in such a beautiful part of the world. The area around Gap has some brilliant motorcycle roads. The last time I flew there en-route to Italy we had to divert due to Nice bad weather which was a great shame. I must visit soon.... as soon oas the cost of aviation fuel drops!
