a 63,000 square foot gallery in Southfield, Michigan and an 181,000 square
foot fulfillment facility in Miami Lakes, Florida, has an opening for a
FoxPro Software Engineer in our Michigan office.
Responsibilities:
*Deliver high-quality, tested, fit-for-purpose code
*Contribute to all phases of software delivery from concept through to
release
*Work with business groups to define software needs and requirements
*Drive innovation at all levels of the product
*Learn from our customers, competitors, and team-mates
*Report accurately on performance against planned objectives
Skills Required:
*Proven track record in fulfilling above responsibilities
*Minimum of 5 years experience with FoxPro or Visual FoxPro
*Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
*Mastery of object-oriented concepts and n-tier architecture
*Experience with MSSQL and at least one VFP framework
*Agile development mindset
*Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal
*Fast and effective OO coder
*Strong desire to work in a mid-size growing company
*Navision programming experience a plus
