The picture control on the report has a fixed control source  
".\images\logo.jpg"  Prior to running the report I replace logo.jpg with 
the file I want to use from the memo field based on the customer.  
"logo.jpg" is excluded from the project.  Actually, I load the logos in 
.jpgs when I open the application.
