Search the archives for conversations on POP, POP3, IMAP, and IMAP4.

Many years ago I used 3rd party COM components from a company called
Dart to read and reply to emails mechanically using VFP 8 and VFP 9.

Google using the follow search terms to find alternative vendors who may
have VFP compatible products: activex com imap

If your mail volume is extremely low, you may be able to automate
Outlook to do the same?

Finally, this might be a wonderful opportunity to learn Python ...
Python's standard library includes POP, IMAP, and SMTP modules.
