I have been using the default one shipped with INNO. I will also open the script in NotePad++ or PSPad. Whichever is installed on the system. The scripts reside on the build system. If I access them via a shared drive, I use one of the editors. If I open the remote desktop of the build system, I open it with the Inno Setup Compiler.
