As I stated, I am working in FoxPro 2.0 so I can't do Automation. HTML
doesn't work very easy either.
I'm not sure I understand. You said the tables could be FPD 2.0. Are you
saying you do not have an option to use a VFP application? Like they refuse
to install a VFP application?
Here are some other questions:
- Do you want the Excel format to be 'pretty'? In other words, are you
being required to have pretty formatting, column widths, certain cells
merged, etc?
- Is this a 1-time conversion or are you making it part of a "solution" or
"system"?
- What version of Excel are you supposed to conver to?
- Why are you converting to Excel? Is it because they want to do certain
data analysis on raw data? If this is part of a "system" could you offer to
perform the analysis functions in the system itself and present standard
VFP reports as the output?
