Biggest reason is that Obama attack ads sank Mitt early on. People
believe anything if it is repeated enough and Mitt never responded.

On the one hand you fill your mouths with big words like democracy,
freedom, etc. But on the other hand you seem to think people are a
stupid pack to be led by social engineering. Which kind of sinks the
other big words, makes them worthless. What you are saying really is
"the only smart people are me and a few others, the rest are there to be
*managed*"
