Under the Lookup Tables heading try cracking the sha256 hashes at:

I was amazed that cracking those hashes takes about .5 of a second!
Notice it would crack "hello" and "waltz" but not "hbllo". So not
using regular words is a good step towards making your system more
secure. That's why a lot of systems insist on at least one digit in
your password and a minimum length.
