I logged into the only computer erroring and I did notice that 

1.  write behind caching was turned on and 

2. Microsoft Security Essentials was not set up to ignore the Foxpro file types 
or locations.  


Now, I don't know if it was always set like this or if someone changed the 
settings.  Too many cooks.
