His crimes are so obvious that the Chicago Machine could not afford to have
him out front in Congress while the Feds are investigating. If you are going
to work for the Machine you have to keep a low profile while doing your
dirty deeds.
Apparently Jesse II is about as dumb and clumsy as Blagojevich was in the
Senate appointment situation.

It runs in the family. He is bi-polar because he has committed so many
crimes he cannot keep them straight in his head but wants to stay out of
jail.
