And would it matter if the clocks were not the same. I know of one server 
running as GMT

The table header only contains a date. As soon a s time is involved, you are 
accessing the file's timestamp. Be aware that a server side timestamp usually 
changes twice a year due to daylight saving time. Your code will copy the file 
even though nobody has touched it.
