Just today somebody sent me a voice mail message saying that in her Outlook
Express she wanted to send an email to somebody but the person's address
wasn't in her contact list so she couldn't send it, and she supposed that
I'm in charge of that. And she's been using that email client for at least
15 years.
No matter how simple an interface gets, it's still too complicated for some
people...
