This is the only application I have that uses a wallpaper because it was my 
first VMP application. All of my other applications use a picture that they can 
choose. When running my command window it used to leave the picture in an 
incomplete state so I refresh the picture in the destroy of the command window 
form.  The refresh of the picture resizes the picture to fit in the screen and 
that is where the buffer overrun was happening.  To correct the situation, I 
immediately return from the refresh program is the application is using a wall 
paper.

Whew!  That was easy!
