Wow - that truly is a Wild Arse Guess. Not that I don't appreciate the
feedback - since I definitely do. 

When I open the Form - and run it - is that what you would consider
"Compiled"? AFAIK - the only compiling was generation of like an APP or an
EXE file. So, just not sure what you mean. 

Again - the effective fix seems to be a Manual Edit of the Properties field.
Is there some way to "Simulate" this "Manual Edit" - to force things to work
right??? It just seems so strange what is going on...
