Yes - I knocked the sucker out of the ball park! The problem was - a data error was occurring when they were attempting to pack a shipment. But, the packing program claimed there was a Qty error - and it would NOT let them complete the packing process.
After you sent me the Decompiled program - I did a simple fix. After it displayed the error message - I simply set the Error Flag to False - so that it would allow them to complete the processing of the shipment. Funny thing was - after you sent me the program - and I made the change - and my tech support buddy uploaded the update to the client - we find that the guy who had been trying to pack the shipment - he had Left for the Day! WTF?! We thought they were Desperate to get the thing done. Meanwhile, this lady there - she didn't know how to properly pack it (what items to stick in What boxes within the packing program). So, they got the guy on the phone - and he was 10-min. out from the office. He actually came BACK to the office - and we had to wait for him to return! So - another reason why me & my tech support buddy were stuck here in the office even later! But, once they guy came back - it worked great - Error message appeared - but, then it let him complete the shipment creation. Of course, now I have to do an indepth analysis of what the REAL Problem was - and Solve it the PROPER Way. But, since the shipment had to go out on a truck this Morning - the solution I gave them yesterday was the ONLY Viable solution at the time. And, as usual - its always up to ME to solve the most difficult or Time Urgent problems for clients - and THAT is EXACTLY what I did!!!
