PITA, aren't they?

Are you using the same printer? Are there particular fonts you've set for
the report? It sounds like a font metric issue.

The printers are all recent Brother B&W laser models. There is no printer information embedded in the report. The behavior is the same on all machines with the same OS.

The fonts are various sizes and styles of Arial. Pretty basic stuff.

Yeah, I think it could be a font metric thing, but would that affect sizing of a bitmap image in an image control as well as text?

Whatever it is, it's at the OS rather than software level.
