Jerry - FYI. I don't know what caused the problem exactly. And, I didn't get any suggestions about how to rectify the current Dilemma - although, honestly - I don't think there was ANY Option BUT to Kill VFP via the Task Mangler!
Luckily - I opened up the screen right away - and I checked the Methods - and it looks like I did NOT lose ANY Code! Cool... So - yeah - Jeff - I just did back it up!
