OK - I resolved this "GTCHA"... I had assumed those Icons I spoke of were buttons. But, in fact, they just displayed the object as an Image - and the put the Code in the Click event. But, the Stretch property was set to CLIP - and, once I reset it to Stretch - all is Good - its scales it up. Of course, when it scales up TOO MUCH - the Icon gets rather Pixelated. However, that will just have to do...
