Any my Linux Mint machine did not like trying to read CHM files. Luckily, I
have one of the rare PDF versions :)

I was surprised HackFox didn't have a list. Nor could I find one on the Fox
Wiki. That might be a good place to create this list as you compile it.

IDXes are great for one-time single use functions like that.
