Interesting - I've never used that function.
The message complains about the argument, which is empty, which
according to the Help is permissable and means check without waiting.
Q: Is the error consistent, or does it happen just some of the time? If
it were consistent, I'd suspect a bad compile/code file. If not, then
hardware? But if the buffer were being diddled then it would just
return .T., wouldn't it?
Q: Can you reproduce the error?
