I'm looking for recommendations for a simple, low cost utility (or website) for creating images with non-aliased text? Preferably PNG images with transparency.
Are GIMP or Corel PaintShopPro my best bets? (not exactly what I'm looking for in terms of simplicity) My ideal solution would be a simple product/service that just created anti-aliased text images. Period. Does such a beast exist? (I tried Irfanview, but my text looks awful) Suggestions?
