Agree with you on that.

That is why at KAAW I state that we must find a way to employ both the
immigrant and the citizen.

All of us need work to provide for our families that are depending on us.

But I believe it should be the masters with decades of experience that are
directing the less experienced, not the other way like it appears to be now

      Quite, but I favour having both types around.  WBEK may have been
exposed to something that I know not of: we can learn from each other.
