Just checked one of my grids and select on entry is not used when you
move from one date to the next. You can easily just enter the day
portion of the date and it works great. You don't need any code as the
rest of the date is there when you enter the data.
Do you need select on entry for this field? If not just set it to off
for the column and text box.
