PS3 makes a good blue ray player and I think 3D but I have a 3D player
anyway.
I also have an xbox which I think was a waste of money. I have a kinect and
its a bit like trying to gesture with hands behind your back.
I have no plans to upgrade to either PS4 or xbox whatever. Mainly because of
what they just backed out of. As I recon its still built in and they can
enable it any time they like. The idea of not being able to sell games or
buy them second hand is immoral and for that reason alone I would not buy
either.
So for now I will stick to the PS3 as I have loads of games for it. And I
think the PS4 will not be able to play them.
