If I understand this correctly, it will let multiple users log into a
Windows 7 computer without using server software? Is this correct?

Yes.
We installed the software with 10 licenses on the server.
There are around 15 remote users who access our VFP application but
5-6 of them will be using it concurrently. So the 10 licenses are enough.
I have not purchased the licenses which enables xPads to access our
application as there are no such users currently. There is a trial
version and the support is good.

Do ALL users that connect to your server need a licence?

From their website
"With TSplus you will instantly Web-Enable any of your Windows
application. Using Java or HTML5 connection client, your Mobile
users will
start application from any devices (iPhone, IPAD, Galaxy, MAC...).
TSplus
gives the ability to run legacy applications inside the web browser
without
the need to rewrite them for the specific device."
