You can always record a Macro to perform those steps for you.

Menu: "Tools / Macros". I find it easiest to use the "Record..." option to record my keystrokes. You can edit the macro after the fact if you make any typos. Don't forget to press the "Set Default" button if you want the macros to be 'permanent' and to be there the next time you start up VFP.
