I was able to get them to accept JSON for most of the data-exchanges, but they stuck to XML for the largest ones, because that's what the other side wanted. But the other side has no clue how to write an XSD to fit the business need, and they insist on sending me XML that doesn't validate against their own XSD. Over and over again, I see them POSTing the same XML, and over and over again I return a 400 with the specific XML Validation error.
