Alan,
Why not just create a new VCX and then open the new VCX in the class browser
then open the ones you want to merge and drag/drop the classes into the new
VCX. The drag drop does a copy not a move so you end up with the copied class i
the new VCX.

The icon you drag/drop is the icon in the top left of the Object browser not
the one on the exploded treeview so point to it forst then drag the top left
icon onto the new VCX.

Dave

Subject: Mergingall VCX files.

I have a load of disparate VCX files that I want to merge into one for
deployment. I've just done this by creating a new blank VCX via COPY STRUCTURE,
and then appending all the other VCX files into it. This seems to work fine -
opens OK in VFP, compiles OK ... is there anything else that I need to look out
for ?
