Michael: My server is local. Usually I develop & create documents on
the workstation and upload them to the server. This time I did not. I
created the document on the server. I regret that, but it is too late
to worry about that. I have tried three different undelete programs
with no success. I guess I am just going to buck up and re-create it.
Thanks!
Jeff

Auto-correct killed that original reply.
What I was trying to ask was whether you tried to recover the file from the
server console, either by physically logging into it from an attached
monitor/keyboard/mouse or a remote session?

I worked on a .doc file for several hours and went to clean up my folders and move things
around and deleted the document. It was on my server. I have tried a couple of undelete
programs but they don't seem to find any deleted files. Google is not my friend on this
one. I even saw, "You deleted the file. What other outcome did you expect? It's
gone. Get over it."
But I know you ProFox people are a lot smarter and have more experience than
anyone else. You have an answer for me. Right?
