Anthony,

Go to the "ODBC Data Source Administrator" in the Control Panel, sometimes 
found under Administrative tools.

On the Drivers tab, there is a File column. You should find this file in the
Windows\System32 folder.

You might need to use Dependency Walker (http://www.dependencywalker.com/)
to see if any other files are needed.
