Apparently there were only +- 1,200 computers in the UK in 1967 - most of those would have been pre- IBM 360. For this issue they've had readers vote the top IT Greats of all time:- bg makes #3 I was pleased to see that Ted Codd made #8 and that Dilbert gets an honorary mention but not so pleased to see Martha Lane Fox @ #10 whilst <s> Dennis Ritchie only made # 17 and Grace Hopper scraped in @ #20 (sic transit ...)
