Thank you very much, Rafael, for your efforts.  Those missing memo and index
files: I assume that they cannot be recreated from what remains. Ah, well.

I have been trying to see what I can do with the individual DBF files but
haven't quite mastered how to rescue what data is in them yet.

I want to say once again that I very much appreciate your help and the
suggestions of other members.

I did all I could with your indexes.
In the zip file attached I am returning your tables, with the very few 
indexes I could recover.
Many tables could not be opened because their memo files were either 
missing or corrupted.
And there were many missing index files

I included a Excel file with all the findings
