Nope.. Hopefully you are working. Frustrating is when the private industry will not talk to you, and the civil service jobs will not accept you for their lowest positions which leaves you deciding, do you bite the bullet, or do you charge the walls of hell with what you have left.
Me, I choose hell simply because I'm not willing to bite the bullet.
