Well, I exaggerate somewhat. Here and in the UK you used to be able to
avail of gubmint grants to install solar panels for water heating -
quite a few people around me have an array on the roof. In these parts,
during summer months or bright winter days you can basically heat most
of your water but you wouldn't be running power tools off it or
anything.
