Ok, so after MalwareBytes and CCleaner runs, it's still maxing out on CPU
usage constantly (maybe even higher CPU % than before!). So I download
ProcMon.exe and run it. It finds out 5 millions processes (seems to be in
some constant loop) and then warns about virtual memory being all used up.
Nothing else was running. Once I could look at the ProcMon screen, I
wasn't sure how to use the millions of rows found for anything. Obviously
something is very wrong....there's no way it should have found millions of
processes!!!! What the heck is going on?!??
