Ok, so after MalwareBytes and CCleaner runs, it's still maxing out on CPU usage constantly (maybe even higher CPU % than before!). So I download ProcMon.exe and run it. It finds out 5 millions processes (seems to be in some constant loop) and then warns about virtual memory being all used up. Nothing else was running. Once I could look at the ProcMon screen, I wasn't sure how to use the millions of rows found for anything. Obviously something is very wrong....there's no way it should have found millions of processes!!!!
