Hi Foxgang I have a top level menu (mpr) which is run on activate of the form. I have a property on the form that sets Marks via the access. That property changes if a user selects a choice from the menu and using property-access changes the marks. However on start of the app the property is also changed and access tries to change marks which obviously can't do because at that point the mpr has not been run. So the question is, how can you find out if a menu has been created, and hence able to change the mark. Al
