Whew...waaay back memory machine activated....

I think it was around $800, but I did find a place where you could get the basic chair, no add-ons (like arms, larger casters chrome base, leather armrests) for $629.00. Free shipping.

That's where my CPA and I both bought our chairs.

I loaded mine up with the adjustable arms (use a LOT), tilt seat angle (never use), graphite base, lumbar support, which now quotes at $879.

The chair itself is practically indestructible and extremely comfortable both winter and summer (warm humid room or cool dry room).

You might be able to get a better price through Amazon...I haven't checked lately.
