Spybot S&D or Malwarebytes. Both free.
I like MalwareBytes for manual scans.
Spybot: I used to like it. Lately though, all it ever seems to find on
anybody's machine is the same mostly-harmless tracking cookie--even when
MalwareBytes and Avast! find lots of other stuff on the same machine. So
I'm beginning to wonder if Spybot is really effective anymore.
